I Am Darrell!

Born and raised in Pennsylvania where I am lucky to have Presque Isle State Park close by, where I can stretch my photography wings and fly!

Nature And Me.

I was exposed to camping and the great outdoors at an early age by my mother and father. Such things I was lucky to do were camping, canoeing and fishing and hunting as well throughout my youth. I was lucky to be able to visit many outdoor attractions in the Pennsylvania region.

My Peace.

I feel at peace when I am outside. It's like I have this connection with nature and it's surroundings. It's a gift to be able to experience so much that many I feel take for granted......

Interesting Fact About Me.

I used to be a hunter actually. I use to deer hunt, and duck hunt and even tried my hand at turkey hunting. Over time, I realized that it was no longer for me anymore. I laid down the gun, and bought my first camera and decided to capture moments and wildlife around me instead. My soul knows I made the right choice. I "shoot" wildlife now with a camera, instead of a gun.
